📋 JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for full production quality control across IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC per IATF 16949:2016.
• Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials (JIS G3141 steel coils, auxiliary materials) against Co/CQ standards.
• Perform dimensional measurements using 3D CMM (ZEISS), Profile Projectors, and mechanical gauges.
• Conduct weld macro/micro analysis (metallographic sectioning), tensile tests, and airtight pressure tests on exhaust/muffler assemblies.
• Handle customer quality complaints (Honda, Hyundai), prepare 8D/CAPA reports and implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Maintain the IATF 16949 quality management system, participate in internal audits and customer/NQA certification audits.
• Develop and update Control Plans, PFMEA, and Work Instructions for each product code.
📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience in automotive/motorcycle parts manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Proficient in CMM, Profile Projector, and mechanical measurement tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
• Data analysis skills, 8D report writing, and structured problem-solving ability.
• Good English (TOEIC 500+) or Chinese (HSK 4+). Bilingual candidates preferred.
• High accountability, works well under pressure with attention to detail.
