1. Metal Sheet Stamping (Press Stamping)

We operate over 40 precision crank press stamping machines ranging from 80T to 800T capacities from world-renowned brands (AIDA, KOMATSU), processing high-tensile deep-drawing sheets with tight tolerances.

2. Robotic Welding Technology

Soundless sealing & high-penetration robotic weld joints

Over 30 robotic welding stations (OTC-Daihen & Yaskawa Japan) utilizing advanced digital CO2/MIG/MAG welding technologies. This ensures high structural integrity, sleek weld beads, and perfect sealing for exhaust system mufflers.

3. Tooling & Jig Engineering (In-house Die Shop)

100% design autonomy for cold stamping dies

Our engineering team utilizes modern simulation and 3D modeling tools (AutoForm, SolidWorks, CATIA) to design, simulate, and manufacture progressive dies, single-stage forming tools, and customized check fixtures.

4. Testing Laboratories & Quality Inspections (QC Control)

Strict OEM tolerance compliance & NVH checks

Quality is our non-negotiable metric. We employ Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify physical specs against CAD models. Our laboratory runs stress testing, thermal fatigue cycling, welding macro checks, and sound acoustic level analysis.
