Recently, the international certification body NQA conducted a surveillance and renewal audit of the IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System across all three manufacturing plants under the Fullwei Group. Thanks to standardized operating procedures and rigorous quality controls across IQC, IPQC, and FQC, Fullwei successfully completed the audit with zero major Non-Conformances (NC) recorded. The successful renewal of IATF 16949:2016 once again underscores Fullwei's world-class production standards, satisfying the strict requirements of Honda and Hyundai for the upcoming high-growth phase.

Reflecting on our journey since 2016, Fullwei has transformed from a small stamping workshop to a premier tier-1 supplier for Honda Vietnam. The anniversary event was celebrated alongside our key strategic partners and all company members, honoring the founding employees with special medals. In the next phase, Fullwei aims to achieve 100% design autonomy for stamping tooling and implement smart manufacturing systems to optimize production.

In 2020, Fullwei Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd officially started the construction of Phu Thuan Toan factory branch in Da Nang, marking a milestone in production expansion and countrywide automotive supply capacity. The plant covers 15,000 sqm with an initial phase 1 investment of 5 million USD. It will be equipped with modern robot welding lines and large press stamping machines (110T to 800T). This expansion elevates Fullweis position as a key tier-1 stamping parts supplier for automotive assemblers, reinforcing Hondas and Hyundais local supply chains in Vietnam.
