Quality controls are standardized from raw material incoming inspection, through each stamping/welding process, to finished product packing and final audit before delivery to Honda/Hyundai. All quality issues are documented and corrected per 8D/CAPA standards.
Detecting and preventing defects at the source across every production stage
Inspect 100% of incoming steel coil batches (JIS G3141, SAPH440). Verify Co/CQ certificates, measure thickness, inspect surface, and tensile-test each material lot before release to production.
QC engineers patrol each stamping/welding station. Measure product dimensions using Checking Fixtures, CMM and gauges at defined intervals; conduct weld macro inspections every 2 hours per fixed schedule.
Inspect appearance, dimensions and function of finished products (100% or AQL sampling) before packaging. Airtight pressure tests for exhaust/mufflers and bend tests for chassis crossbars.
QA performs final random audit on packaged lots before delivery to Honda/Hyundai. Verify labeling, packaging, shipping documents (Delivery Note, CoC) and lot number traceability.
