📋 JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage, supervise and coordinate shift production activities (pressing, welding, assembly lines) ensuring schedule, quality and safety compliance.
• Assign tasks, guide and evaluate worker performance (20-40 operators per shift). Ensure SOP and Work Instruction adherence at each station.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections: machinery status (Press, Welding Robots), tooling, and raw material readiness before production start.
• Track and report daily output, NG (Not Good) ratios, and machine downtime per production management templates.
• Collaborate closely with QC department on defective products, perform Root Cause Analysis and implement on-the-spot corrective actions.
• Train new operators on machine operation procedures, workplace safety, and 5S methodology.
• Participate in daily production meetings and develop weekly production plans.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules per TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.
📌 REQUIREMENTS:
• College/University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in mechanical/metal parts factories, with at least 1 year in a supervisor/shift leader role.
• Understanding of Metal Stamping processes and/or Robotic Welding operations.
• Familiar with production management methods: 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
• High-pressure tolerance, willing to work rotating shifts (day/night when required).
• Basic English or Chinese is an advantage.
